How access your billing account - How do I receive support?

To receive technical or billing support, first read the articles to the left, as most common issues can be resolved there. If you can't resolve your issue, then you need to access Client Area and submit a Helpdesk ticket.

Only clients can access the Client Area to request technical or billing support. To stop helpdesk spam, we no longer route or "pipe" tickets sent via email through our helpdesk. To submit a helpdesk ticket you must first log into the Client Area.

If the email address that we have onfile for your account is inactive and no longer functional, and you can't retrieve your password, Contact us via email and we'll provide assistance there, so you can verify your account details etc. Please do not send technical or billing support requests to that email.

If you cannot remember your password to the Client Area, use the "Forgot Password?" and the system will email you your new password to the email address that we have on file for your account. From the Client Area login you can submit helpdesk tickets, pay invoices and manage various aspects of your hosting account.
